Our approach will be this: We will play with the EUREKA EFFECT. We shall not push people to highly agitated states by these on going epiphanies of ever increasing intensity. |

For Starters 1. Beside myself you are offered at least five other Mentors/Coaches that in turn have advised me. 2. I myself, as your recruiter will make myself available to you, and my Mentors available as well. 3. In return, you must agree, in principle, to act as Mentor to those you yourself might have occasion to recruit. 4. That is minimally, you convey the GORC outline to your referrals as a training tool and maintain transparency in the outline through you. (we all vet each other and your scrutiny is welcome) 5. Specifically, as I introduce you to my Mentors, you may introduce your recruits to me and my Coaches. 6. Your entrance exam is to produce one short essay and a link to be placed in the outline, from you as a Subject Matter Expert on something, anything really. 7. Then submit four links that you deem useful in the outline, for any of the categories in the outline that remain. That's it. See the Outline |
